I do like Pinot Gris, particularly in the rich and textural Alsatian mould, yet I can’t ever get my head around the lean examples. Pinot Gris should be rich. End of story.

Pear, lemon, quite neutral nose, greenness on the nose. Very cool and
just ripe. Very raw, acid driven palate with edges of hay bottle
development. Super intense malic palate, acid driven palate. Acid acid
acid. 14.8
