Good packaging, but not much substance with these Altus Rise wines. This Altus Rise Wildlight Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 is firm and lean Margaret River Cab that ends up as largely alcohol and tannins. Missing a mid palate, even if it’s quite long. Nope. Best drinking: now to five plus years, though will it get better or just older? 16/20, 87/100. 14%, $25. Would I buy it? No.
