BEER: Little Brewing Co. Galaxy IPA

Single hop IPA from the Little Brewing Co. I’ve had two of these now with similar results.

Light golden, this has a delicate pineapple citrus nose with a surprisingly heavy malt. Malt focused palate carries late bitterness but it’s hardly a wild drink. Indeed it’s rather subtle, all things considered. Pleasant IPA but I was expecting more. 3 stars. 6.5%
