Founders Centennial IPA

I’m not convinced this was the most representative can (a little advanced), and v. keen to try another.

Almost medicinal bitterness here, with a hint of sultana like sweetness and then very dry, astringent bitterness, offset by the mealy richness of a quite prominent malt. A massive beer and quality because of it, but the balance seems off, the finish really quite hard. Length and power are top shelf though. Curious. 3.5 stars. BB 28/08/16. 7.2%
