Rabbit & Spaghetti The Fox Hop & Rye Lager

Rabbit & Spaghetti is the new beer brand of Adam Barton, who is not only expanding his wine range – with thanks to Naked Wines – but expanding into beer too. Great to see. Also, more big cans! Love the 500ml tinny.

You can really taste the rye here, with a malty edge and light on the booze. Good smashable lager this, yet has the length of a proper artisan brew, if more rye than hops (and a lager rather than an ale). From what I can gather it’s exclusive to Naked and circa $12/can.

3.5 stars. 4.8%. Would I buy it? It’s plenty sessionable but the price is steep for lager territory.
