While I don’t love the packaging change, this Pike & Joyce Sauvignon Blanc 2019 is well made Adelaide Hills Sauv. Fresh, but still ripe and leans more towards tropical apple riper fruit than trying to be lean and grassy. Makes for a simply enjoyable, less snappy, more flavour-filled style. Recommended. Best drinking: now. 13%, $22. 17.5/20, 91/100. Pike & Joyce website. Would I guy it? Worth a glass.
