Logan Ridge of Tears Mudgee Shiraz 2019

Review: Logan Ridge of Tears Mudgee Shiraz 2019

The Mudgee-sourced brother of the Orange Shiraz, this Logan Ridge of Tears Mudgee Shiraz 2019 is clever stuff.

Retains the black earth core of Mudgee, but presented with polish. It’s just a little raw, but that’s going to resolve, and the lithe palate is really quite attractive. Sophisticated for the Mudge! Has earth and ripeness. Great stuff and well balanced too.

Logan Ridge of Tears Mudgee Shiraz 2019. 18/20, 93/100+. 13.5%, $55. Logan website. Would I buy it? I’d go a bottle for sure.
