An Aldi exclusive, this is an advert for the stupendous value of Australian dry Riesling. Varietal lime juice, lemongrass and loads of acidity, it’s a fresh, crisp, limey, smashable summer wine. The palate is a fraction underpowered, but with enough of the bath salts, chalk, lime and proper acid/fruit balance of a much more expensive Watervale Riesling.
