Clandestine Vineyards Break Free Petite Blancs 2022

More lofi interest from Clandestine Vineyards with the new Break Free Petite Blancs 2022

Here is another interesting wine from the new Clandestine lofi range.  The Clandestine Vineyards Break Free Petite Blancs 2022 is old vine Swan Valley Chenin Blanc with Margaret River Chardonnay and Frankland River Gewurztraminer skins added, then the blend is fermented wild and bottled unfined/unfiltered. Fun wine too – mandarin skin, preserved lemon, with a little skinsy phenolic pucker but otherwise just a crisp, lightly textured, aromatic white with that distinct mandarin tang. Good, fresh, enjoyable (and interesting) drinking. More please.

Best drinking: nowish. 17.5/20, 91/100. 12%, $30. Clandestine Vineyards website. Would I buy it? Yes.
