Perhaps the most ‘cool climate’ of these Vineyard Release wines, this Robe Shiraz reminds us again that the SA SE is such a forgotten Shiraz powerhouse region that deserves more love. This has meaty pan juices in among the purple fruit, again with the lavish dark chocolate and mint oak too. The acidity is more noticeable here, making it feel more moderate, too. Another good wine in this reborn Stonehaven range.
