Riorret Lusatia Park Pinot Noir 2019

Review: Riorret Lusatia Park Pinot Noir 2019

Another unquestionably committed De Bortoli Pinot Noir. The Riorret Lusatia Park Pinot Noir 2019 has this brooding darkness to it (which marks some 2019 Yarra Pinot releases), with a lifted but hardly open nose of dark fruit. Its is no strawberry bomb. There’s this inviting cherry flourish but then it all gets more gruff, secondary and beefier with a mushroom soup thickness starting to grab at the pretty cherry and strawberry lolly fruit. Damn, this is uncompromising in its Pinosity – admirable, if not seductive.
