Review: Paisley Texture Series Lyndoch Shiraz 2019

From Ebenezer to Lyndoch, here is another addition to the Paisley Texture Series range, and it’s another hedonistic wine. Here, it all translates into flavours of raspberry ripple ice cream, blue fruits, and Turkish Delight chocolate. Chocolatey, that’s very much a vibe. There is no escaping the super ripe fruit on the finish, though, and the longer I look, the more the alcohol hits like a late spirit addition. Indeed this isn’t my wine, and I don’t know if I could finish more than a glass, but no doubt about the fancy and sensual exotic purple fruit flavour appeal here.
