A lighter, leaner wine is this vintage of In Dreams Pinot Noir. A bit of spearmint and lifted bright raspberries. You get the feel of a tricky year (which it was in the Yarra) with the sweet/sour edges. Still appealing, with slightly candied red fruit and a little herbal tang. Easy enough to like, though without the fireworks.
