Sourced from the Hamilton vineyard in Denmark, WA. I spent a NYE in a tent in Denmark a few years back, bringing in the new year with a warm bottle of NV Moet and a bottle of Perrier – I was asleep before midnight (dull Champagne will do that to you).

Water green colour, this is looks very fresh indeed with pungent aromatics of grass and passionfruit (but mainly passionfruit). Zippy clean palate with high, mouthwatering acid balanced out with clean fruit. There is just a little greenness in there but otherwise quite well balanced and well made, simple fresh style with some textural weight. More than adequate.

Drink:2013-2014
Score: 17/20, 90/100
Would I buy it? A glass shall do.
