Out of Step Syme on Yarra Chardonnay 2013

Out of Step Syme on Yarra Chardonnay 2013

There’s much to like about these Out of Step wines. Good packaging, decent pricing, stylish wines. Promise.

This is one of the better wines in the range too. Lightly creamy, it’s driven by freshness despite the warm vintage, the oak and yeast influences largely handled with a deft touch. There’s some breadth and oak tannins to finish, but the smooth texture is quite attractive, and it packs some intensity to match that firm grapefruit acidity.

Good.
