Bremerton Betty & Lou Langhorne Creek Sauvignon Blanc 2015
Langhorne has barely crafted itself a reputation for whites, let alone Sauv Blanc. This does nothing to help that cause.
Water clear, this early picked style is loaded with grassy, nettle and passionfruit thiols, the grapefruit palate high acid but countered with a little sweetness. A fresh and angular style, it’s just a bit coarse to be all that enjoyable. Best drinking: 2016. 15.8/20, 85/100. 12%, $17. Would I buy it? No.
