Now here’s a Cabernet Franc based rosé from an Adelaide Hills based vineyard who know a thing or two about Franc.

Lightly coloured and built around acidity and crunch, this modern, savoury pink carries both that faint hint of Cab Franc herbs, and backed with a white wine-esque palate that is really quite refreshing, light and finely textured.

It’s not a profound style, and perhaps a little angukar, but I could drink a glass or two of this. Well priced and smartly made rosé. Best drinking: 2016-2017. 16.5/20, 88/100. 13%, $19. Would I buy it? I’d go a glass or two for sure.
