Review: Tellurian Nero d’Avola 2018

I like the Tellurian wines. Promising organic releases with diversity of style and intensity of flavour. This Nero fits the bill too – all varietal purple blackberry fruit, the palate bright and jubey, missing only a little complexity to be sublime. Good honest flavour though and the quality and persistence sneaks up on you too. I like.

Best drinking: now to seven plus years. 17.5/20, 91/100. 14.4%, $28. Would I buy it? Worth a glass or two.
