Sourced from the oldest plantings in Section One, this reminds me of the big Warrenmang Shiraz, a reference point, all force and impact and oak and acid. It’s a teensy bit warm and tart to be truly compelling, but the muscular, purple fruited form has the thickness to last for decades, even if I couldn’t quite drink it now.
