Merry Christmas (and thanks)

Merry Christmas!

After 2020’s locked down non-Christmas, we’re looking forward to a classic family Christmas this year. Ham, seafood, Jingle Bells, more ham, sparkling red, etc. In further good news, I finally tracked down a bottle of Primo Joseph Sparkling Red last week (thanks to everyone who helped. Legends).

Otherwise, I’ll mainly be drinking a lot of beer and a bit of Chardonnay/Riesling/Champagne/Barolo etc.

I’m not religious at all anymore (thanks Catholic schooling), but I’m also praying to not get Omicron as a Chrissy present. Hopefully, it can wait until after the festive season and my booster in two weeks time…

Speaking of praying, I hope you and I both get zero corked bottles and no overflowing pet-nats this festive season, and every old bottle is the best ever.

Cheers!
