Review: Longview Jupiter Barbera 2019

I like Longview’s evolution so much. More vibrancy in every release. Great packaging too. This Longview Jupiter Barbera 2019 is a bright and varietal Adelaide Hills Barbera to match, complete with mulberry fruit, meaty edges, sappy tannins and plenty of acidity. It’s just a little jubey, but very good, fresh and authentic drinking wine. I wonder if it sells? Can imagine lots of appeal in restaurant land for this.

Best drinking: now and over the next five years. 17.5/20, 91/100. 13.5%, $35. Longview website. Would I buy it? Let’s share a bottle.
