Review: In Dreams Chardonnay 2022

Always great delicacy in the In Dreams wines. However, I wonder if this In Dreams Chardonnay 2022 goes too far. Apple juice-y. Spiced and creamed high-toned apple juice Yarra flavours. It’s all very light, airy and defined – classy and pure, but arguably too early picked. Indeed, I found my glass empty and not enough lingering afterwards. The quality is there still, even if I want more oomph.
