This is very good Grillo. Quèto is a new organic range from Fuedo Arancia and it’s a big step up. This Feudo Arancia Quèto Grillo 2021 is a great thirst-slaking wine too – straw yellow, it has that sapid, saline Grillo tang with lemon, preserved lemon, a chalky pithy green fruit edge and this waxy line too. It’s a wine of unquestioned beachside refreshment but with length and interest. Really impressed.
