Feudo Arancia Quèto Nero d’Avola 2021

Review: Feudo Arancia Quèto Nero d’Avola 2021

Quèto is Feudo Arancia’s organic range. It’s early doors, but this feels like a big step up for a Sicilian winery that typically pumps out affable varietal wines (but no high notes). Sicilian fruit here, and this is really good – restrained black jelly bean fruit, and blocky sticky Nero tannins that drive the palate. It’s powerful and yet contained in its black jubey flavours – a grown-up Nero with a bit of ‘more than meets the eye’ depth to it.
