Let’s complete the set of Paisley Texture Series wines hey? This Eden Valley Shiraz is a brute, and arguably more Barossa Valley than Eden Valley, but it might even be the best in the lineup. Gee, the chewy, black earth fruit is so expansive, though – it’s like a black monster creeping up on you. Alcohol is a constant presence, adding more to the wave of bitter blackness. Impressive, if wildly overt, ultra-dense and very ripe Eden Valley Shiraz – I can admire it, even if it’s only glass or two for me.
