Hirsch Hill Estate Pinot Noir 2023

Review: Hirsch Hill Estate Pinot Noir 2023

Mark this less premium Hirsch Hill Pinot as one of the more drinkable releases. Savoury, mushroom and sous bois a bit of red wine gravy, strawberries and redcurrant. A very grown-up interplay between mushroomy savouriness and bright red fruit, even if it’s just a little bitter to finish. Really quite enjoyable.
