An easy German Riesling from Ulrich Langguth

Dry German Riesling is such an unappreciated beast. This Ulrich Langguth ‘12 Degrees’ Gourmet Trocken Riesling 2023 sits at the more approachable end, and it’s just a nice drink. Lovely fleshy green fruit and green pear fruit. Dry but juicy, with lightness and freshness – it’s not ultra-serious, but the flesh vs acidity balance makes this smashable.
