Wild ferment and just ‘a whisper of oak’. Right sort of formula for Viognier methinks. Still a weed…
Light green straw. Just a whiff of ‘peaches in syrup’ varietal character on the nose, the palate more rich and more varietal with plenty of viscosity. It doesn’t translate into the finish, however, which is short and a little too neutral and stunted. Unremarkable.
