Wow. The colour of this rosé has to be seen to be believed – it’s like someone has coloured in a white wine with a hot pink texta. Seriously, brilliantly pink.
In the glass it’s not quite as blinding as the colour might suggest, with a chalky, slightly phenolic palate edged with berry sweetness though without nailing the balance.
Still well-made but not quite the balance of other vintages.
