Intended to be ‘good value, approaching and interesting’ and I can’t disagree.
Produced from handpicked Bellarine and Moorabool Valley grapes, this carries a lovely pinosity and energy to it that is hard to resist – black cherry and plum fruit livening up the nose and palate, before soft acidity and fine tannins. There is a mulchy, leafy edge here which not everyone will love, but no questioning the juiciness and tannin balance.
Simply good.
