Soumah Skye Blox Yarra Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Soumah Skye Blox Yarra Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Mid red colour, a slight hint of asparagus. In fact there is a lot of asparagus, and despite the palate not looking unripe – it’s quite soft and gently fruity – that pyrazine edge is difficult to shake. Tannins aren’t unripe either, but not quite a cohesive package. Drink: 2015-2024. 15.8/20, 86/100.
