Hooray! Back on line (at last)!

Apologies if you’ve been having troubles reaching the site over the past 36 odd hours.

This website endured an ‘xmlrpc pingback attack’, which basically slowed down the site to crawl speed.

Unfun.

Thankfully a kindly developer friend located and neutered the attack (or something, I am anything but a developer).

Needless to say it was f&cking stressful and reminded that, even with all the recommended security plugins any site is vulnerable.

Hopefully everything should now be running smoothly again…
