Review: The Other Wine Co Cabernet Franc 2019

If the Grenache is fun, then this The Other Wine Co Cabernet Franc 2019 is sophisticated fun.

Sourced from Kangaroo Island, this has some of the Loire twiggy crunch to it and yet with an Aussie whisper of Eucalypt and ripe fruit. It’s vibrant, persistent and plump, compete with some gently spicy spirited tannins. Utterly smashable wine. Best drinking: over the next 3 years. 17.7/20, 92/100. 13.5%, $26. The Other Wine Co. website. Would I buy it? I’d share a bottle.
