Oakridge Hazeldene Pinot Noir 2022

Review: Oakridge Hazeldene Pinot Noir 2022

There’s always enthusiasm in the Graham household for a bottle of Oakridge Chardonnay or Pinot. This Hazeldene Pinot Noir 2022 doesn’t let us down, even if it’s not my fave of this year’s Oakridge single vineyard reds. A bright, vivacious and raspberried wine that feels rather glossy and pretty rather than trying to get big and spicy. There’s a little bitterness too, which is perhaps a nod to fruit picked a little earlier. Still a pretty, lucid and effortlessly enjoyable Yarra Pinot Noir.
