Viognier’s a good twist for this blend. Should add texture. This doesn’t show it though.

Clean, crisp and very fresh style but lacks much flavour persistence. Grass, pineapple juice to smell but little else besides acid on the palate. Flash of juice to finish.

Needs more stuffing.
