Jules Taylor Pinot Noir 2020

Review: Jules Taylor Pinot Noir 2020. Marlborough Pinot done good for $35

No shortage of consistently good wines from Jules Taylor, the 2021 GT Wine Winemaker Of the Year. She deserves it with wines like this Jules Taylor Pinot Noir 2020.

Sappy red fruit at the core here, with a little of the Marlborough confected raspberry and glacé cherry vibe without falling into simplicity. Tannins, length, it’s one of those wines that manages to be generous and affable yet with more than meets the eye underneath. I like.

Best drinking: good now and for the next three to five years. Go sooner rather than later. 18/20, 93/100. 13.5%, $35. Jules Taylor website. Would I buy it? Worth a bottle for sure.
