Longview Saturno Nebbiolo 2021

Review: Longview Saturno Nebbiolo 2021

The Longview Nebbiolo journey continues to deliver quality Australian Nebb. I still want more tannin depth, but the deliciousness for the dollars is so great. I love the flavours here – licorice, kirsch, a smoky tangy interest. As much Pinot in the palate profile as Nebbiolo, with lines of rather purple cherry fruit and grace. The tannins are a bit too light, which makes this feel like a great Langhe Neb rather than a more powerful Barolo/Barbaresco, but what a drinkable highlight.
